Aside from being husband and wife...

John and Sheri Fierick decided to become partners in business as well. Sheri gave up being a school teacher and John, already a window cleaner, took his knowledge and started Joffie Contracting Services, Inc. They both had talent and a vision of a brighter tomorrow. John became president of the company and Sheri the CFO and majority share holder. They only had one truck at the time, and in between window cleaning, John managed to attend corporate meetings to sell his quality work at a competitive price.

Today, after ten years in the making, JCS, Inc. has grown tremendously. John continues to sell and check in with his clients to ensure their satisfaction, and Sheri continues to ensure that the finances are in order. John has hired on an operations manger and several crew leaders. Sheri has hired on an office manager to help free up some of her day so that she can enjoy their three children. They have also added on four vans, two trucks, and approximately fifteen window cleaners.

Their unique approach to business has made them very successful. Take no shortcuts, double check everything, and always be prepared for anything.
