Window CleaningWindow cleaning today is more than just removing dirt and grime from your buildings. With the advent of the ANSI I-14.1, the changes and improvements in our building facades and the legalities surrounding the window cleaning industry, it is imperative that you establish a long term relationship with a Quality Window Cleaning Company. JCS will provide a written detailed work plan for every building (as required in the ANSI I-14.1). We also provide a daily emailed progress report to the person or persons responsible. Glass RestorationOver time buildings can develop unsightly, difficult to remove stains on the glass surfaces. Typically window cleaning is performed every six months; however, every 5 to 10 years a major restoration is needed to restore the glass. To ensure the preservation of the natural beauty of these buildings a glass resurfacing process can be used to alleviate building staining. In the past, many of the products and techniques used were outdated and did not utilize the newest advances in chemical technologies. Many times these products and techniques actually caused problems instead of solving them. Our restoration process use utilizes only the finest products, resulting in the best glass preservation possible. The surface of glass is extremely porous allowing for deterioration over time. The glass restoration procedure will restore the glass with hard to believe results. We use an environmentally friendly polisher is used to remove Stage 1 and Stage 2 corrosion, mineral deposits, scratches, etching and more. The polisher fills in the pores of the glass and forms a hard coating that won’t fade, crack or peel. The removal of these pollutants creates a like-new surface on the glass. Once the glass surface is free of these contaminants it is then treated with a finishing sealant. The sealant ensures 10 to 20 years of protection against future mineral stains and corrosion of all kinds. The glass surface is restored and left without scratching or burning. The result is a new highly reflective, distortion-free finish on tempered and plate glass surfaces.
